If you have purchased a frame and or lenses or sunglasses via our Eyelines web site and you are unsure about how they fit, Eyelines would like to extend the offer to visit your nearest store for a complimentary fitting and ongoing service and professional care of your spectacles or sunglasses at no cost.
Eyelines Online Return Warranty
If within 30 days of purchasing optical frames on line, and there have not been lenses fitted into the frame, you are able to exchange them for another pair at the same price. Likewise sun glasses that have been purchased on line, and may not be suitable, then you are able to exchange them for another pair for the same price.
- This warranty is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. For both optical frames and sunglasses please return all packaging in its original condition. To exchange it may be of lesser value however a credit will be held in the store that you return your purchase to as there are no refunds offered. If the value of the exchange is more you will be required to pay the difference.
- The returned goods must not be damaged or marked, and must be in a resalable condition.
- Eyelines does not have a price matching policy and will not match prices on any optical appliances sold in our stores. If there are any questions about your purchase we encourage you to drop into one of our 13 stores state wide. Store locations can be found either in the Yellow Pages or online at www.eyelines.com.au
Eyelines Frame, Lens & Sunglass Guarantee
Some frames, lenses and sunglasses brands have warranties which extend out to two years. Lenses have a two year unconditional manufacturing warranty, optical frames and sunglasses carry a 12 month manufacturing warranty, with exception, to a selected range that carry two years. Make sure to ask our staff if you are uncertain about the warranty on your purchase.
Other rights and remedies are available to you under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws. The aforementioned warranties given to you under this express warranty are in addition to; that is, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Eyelines guarantee does not cover eye examinations, contact lenses consultation fees or any other examination fees.
