Spots or floaters

Spots or floaters are small specks or particles in the fluid of the eye (vitreous) that become noticeable when they move in your line of sight.

You will pick them up more in bright backgrounds – like being outdoors.

Almost everyone will see some spots at some point in their life, although it is more common as you grow older.

If you are concerned or feel this is happening more frequently, please speak to your Eyelines optometrist – Book an Eye Test
