Update for Your Safety

Wondering whether you should still get your eyes tested?

As the situation with COVID-19 rapidly evolves, we want to reassure you that the health and well-being of our patients is our number one priority.

The risk of contracting COVID-19 is still relatively low. Currently, we have had no confirmed cases of COVID-19 amongst any of our teams or patients that have recently visited, so it is still safe to come in and get your eyes checked.

At this stage, all of our stores are open as normal and we have implemented increased levels of sanitisation and hygiene procedures to ensure the safety of both our patients and teams alike.

We are in regular consultation with all of the appropriate government and health bodies and will be taking their advice as the situation develops.

You can continue to book eye tests with your local optometrist online or by phone, and our entire team are dedicated to ensuring we help you find the best eye care and eyewear solutions during this time.

What you can do to help:

  1. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have travelled to one of the affected travel regions in the past 14 days. Click on the link to find the latest advice from the Government https://www.health.gov.au/.
  2. If you are feeling unwell, particularly if you have any flu-like systems, we ask that you stay at home and call to reschedule your appointment.
  3. Use the hand sanitizer provided in-store and maintain good cleanliness as much as possible.

We will continue to support our local communities as the situation develops.
